Please click on the links to print out your copy of Highfields Country & Toowoomba Real Estate Rental Application Form and bring it in to our office at 1 Highfields Road, Highfields 4352.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A PROPERTY THROUGH HIGHFIELDS COUNTRY & TOOWOOMBA REAL ESTATE PTY LTD

1.       Contact the office on 46308122  to obtain the property address           

2.       Drive past the property and make sure you like it and the neighbourhood.

3.       Contact the office on the same number and book an internal inspection of the property.  We will not process an application form where the applicant has not viewed the property accompanied by a Property Manager.

4.       Download the application documents below and bring them into the office along with the following supporting information:
                *  Drivers licence or passport or Photo ID & Birth Certificate
                    *  Proof of income (Wage slip/Bank Statement/Centrelink Statement)
                    *  A recent account or statement showing your last permanent address
                        (Telstra/Ergon/Energex/Bank Statement/Rates Notice)

If previously rented -

1. Last 4 rent receipts or

2. Rental References (with dates of occupancy) or

3. Rental Ledger Printout

If never rented -

1. Rates Notice from previous home or

2. Letter from Parents with contact numbers

(N.B.  ALL APPLICANTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 MUST COMPLETE THEIR OWN APPLICATION FORM)
