REQUEST FOR MAINTENANCE Only emergency repairs will be accepted verbally. All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however it is often necessary to obtain the owner's approval and/or quotes before any work can commence, and this can cause delay. Our tradespeople are professional people; many of them have worked with us for years. Authorisation for them to use our spare keys to attend to your repair will considerably speed up the process. If you prefer the tradespeople to attend to the repair when you are present, we will request them to call you to make arrangements for access. Any service charges incurred by your failing to keep the appointment will be passed on to you.
